Extensively refurbished; recent work on the grapple includes:
- Mense V-tec feed rollers
- Centre roller almost new + drive roller seals.
- Both tilt cylinders
- Grapple computer
- Grapple wiring harness
- Feed roller seals
- Upper cutting blade almost new
- Second lower cutting blade almost new
- Cylinder block re-ringed
- New hydraulic motor for the rotator
- Rotator bearings
- Grapple in good working order
- All functions and measurements working correctly
Recent work carried out on the base machine:
- Computer updated 11/2024
- Tanks do not leak; chassis repaired and reinforced with Komatsu
- Working pump: original Valmet spare part
- Crane cylinders replaced
- Front axle cylinders, pins and bushings replaced
- Centre joint vertical pin and fittings replaced
- New steering cylinder seals
- Transfer cylinder seals to be replaced before handover
- Oils etc. changed according to normal maintenance schedule
- Serviced at Rametko on 25 June
Spare parts including hoses, sensors etc. included.
The machine is currently in Pieksämäki; it has been used on private contracts in Germany.
The machine is ready for work and is currently in operation; handover to be agreed.
A handling fee of €250 + VAT will be added to the purchase price. For international sales, a handling fee of €350 + VAT will be added
